I want to come for the car show and swap meet. What time does it start?
The fun begins Saturday May 29th, 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. On Sunday, the event begins 7:00 A.M. TO 5:00 p.m. You can purchase tickets through Eventbrite or at the gate.
I want to bring a family member but they need a wheelchair. Are any available?
We do have several wheelchairs available for those needing one. Please contact Ed Bryan at (209)204-0193 as soon as possible to reserve one. Or call or text Mary Ann at (209)459-0870 to reserve.
Where is the car show & swap meet?
The car show & swap meet will be held at the Sonora Fairgrounds, 220 Southgate Drive, Sonora, California 95370.
Will there be any food vendors?
Yes, there will be a variety of vendors :)
I want to show my car? I am a swap meet vendor? What day should I show up?
We recommend that show car registrants and swap meet vendors arrive FRIDAY, MAY 28 starting at 12 Noon.
What entrance do I use when I bring my car?
Please drive through the gate on the RIGHT SIDE of the ticket windows. Please feel free to ask questions of any STAFF on
site wearing at STAFF T-shirt. Ed Bryan, the event organizer, or any assistant will be at the gate to assist you upon arrival.
Can I show my car for just one day?
Yes. One day is $25. A Staff member will assist in clearing the way to drive your vehicle out at the end of the day on Saturday, May 29th.
If I do the 2-day show, will my car be safe to leave overnight?
Yes, we will have roving STAFF SECURITY walking and driving golf carts patrolling the grounds and the perimeter area 24 hours beginning Friday May 28th through the end of the show Sunday, May 30th at 5:00 P.M.
How do I register?
You can register here on the website by clicking on the Registration button OR you may download and print the application and mail it to the address listed on the form. You may also complete the online form, select your payment option for Car Show or Vendor. Enter your payment using our secure SSL payment form. Then, click on the Submit button to finish your registration. Should you have any problems using the website payment option, please call Ed Bryan at (209)204-0193 or Mary Ann at (209)459-0870.
Are there discounts for Seniors or Veterans?
Seniors and Veterans receive a $10 discount off registration.
Can I bring food and/or drinks?
Outside food or drinks are not allowed with General Admission entrance. A variety of tasty options will be offered by several vendors as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for sale at The Event. Entrants and guests may, of course, bring specialized meals for individualized needs and sensitive allergies.
I am coming to the show with my RV. Can I park at the Mother Lode Fairgrounds RV park?
RV parking at the Sonora Fairgrounds is on a first-come-first-serve basis, and probably full due to the Memorial Day holiday weekend.

Is this event family-friendly?
Yes, children 12 and under are FREE. General Admission for all others is $10.00

While we love all pets, please leave your pet at home. Should you require accommodations, please e-mail us.
Is Mother Lode Car Show & Swap Meet concerned about the corona virus (COVID-19)?
Bryan Promotions is very concerned about the current health issues regarding COVID-19. We realize that the daily media bombards us with alarming news and we would like everyone to know that we are paying close attention to Federal, State, and local announcements regarding closure of events hosting large crowds, particularly in the Sierra foothill area of Tuolumne County. We are committed to the health and safety of all, and our goal is to make sure the event is safe, healthy, and enjoyable for everyone. We protect health privacy. Participants and visitors are NOT required to show proof of vaccine or other private health information. Masks and hand sanitizer will be available at the health booth.
Can I smoke?
Smoking will be restricted to designated areas only. Smoking is NOT allowed throughout the fairground as a courtesy to everyone.
